Best place to get an ECU for an '89 240 (951) 200

I'm looking for the best place to get a used or rebuilt 951 ecu. I need someone who'll stand behind their product.

After two weeks in the shop for running too rich, it's been determined that it is the ecu that is not working right. It was at a good, competent Volvo/Saab shop who went throught EVERYTHING, including swapping out the parts with another running 240.

Before it went to the shop, I'd bought a 951 ecu off of ebay to replace the pink label 561 I had, but while it seemed to improve things, it didn't do it for very long. $900 for a new ecu for a $1500 car is a bit much.
