vacuum leak vents 940 900

i have a vacuum leak in my 940se 91 i think on the main line to the check valve from the solinoid manifold valve in side. i isolated the line capped one end and pulled vacuum on the other end it doesnt hold a vacuum. i replaced the rubber elbo on the fire wall engine side and check the black hose too its good. the canister behind glove box is good. im guessing its the rubber connector behind the heater core. any suggestions?
