Rust repair - bigger or smaller than a breadbox 120-130

Hi guys - so the original plan was the use all the bits from the Red 1968 (thanks for confirming that Paul) and then part out the shell due to rust. The more I look at it however the more I'm starting to think it may not be that bad to repair, especially given that it appears the patch panels are available and reasonably priced.

Here is the worst of it;

Both rear foot wells are like that. The front is better, but worse than the picture makes it look. The inner sills/rockers where the floor meets the sill/rocker appears to be OK but I haven't gotten in there with a grinder yet.
