Difficulty starting 900 1993

It's a 1993 940 wagon with 210K miles. Occasionally won't start in the morning. Takes some cranking (cranks fine), then fires right up and runs great the rest of the day. No codes on the OBD. Changed plugs, cap and rotor last month.

Thoughts?

Fuel pump? How to diagnose?
Fuel Pressure Regulator? how to diagnose?
Others? Please help!
