Are B18 and B20 Rocker Arm Assemblies Interchangeable? 444-544

A rocker adjustment screw broke on a B18, and I have a complete assembly from a B20.

Seems the individual parts are the same. I think I can just swap the whole thing out and readjust the valve clearance.

I'll have to do the first adjustment with a cold engine, and then readjust after warming up the car. Anybody have any tricks to get the best valve adjustment.
