Timing Belt: replace seals/tensioner? (1990 765) 700

Thanks in advance for the help on this.

My 1990 765 T/I (8-valve) is coming up on 150K miles, and I'm gonna replace the timing belt shortly. I plan on getting ipd's performance cam, adjustible cam gear, timing belt, seals, and cam cover gasket kit ( http://www.ipdusa.com/Volvo-700/Engine/Cam-&-Valve-Train/Camshaft-&-Adjustable-Cam-Gear-Kits/p-70-189-863-4181/ ) for it, along with the useful crank holder tool. I'm fortunate in that I work in a repair shop, so tool and general automotive experience is plentiful. However, specific Brick experience is more or less limited to me, and I've only owned my brick for 2 years, and have only put 20K miles on it, and haven't had to replace the belt.
Anyway, the actual question I have is this: ipd offers just the timing belt available with replacement seals, or with a replacement tensioner. How do I tell if I need either or both of these without bothering anyone at my shop before the procedure?

Finally (since I'm using an old laptop with its limited web-browsing abilities and can't yet find the FAQ for it), are there any tips or tricks I should be aware of that would make the procedure easier? It's my only mode of transportation and I would need it to go right the first time and take less than 9 hours.
I'm a little paranoid about doing this procedure, since my first brick, an 89 745 (it was a sympathy-purchase), died because the timing belt went out while on the highway and I had a difficult time getting it to safety. (bought it for $300, so the 3 months I had it were worthwhile). It was put out to pasture because of that incedent, since in its trashed condition, it wasn't worth getting a new motor for it. I've heard horror stories about timing belt mishaps, especially with interference motors like ours, so I want to be careful and get it right the first time.

Thanks again!
