122s engine transplant details 120-130 1964

Hi guys, looking for some advice on an engine change over. I have a 1964 122s, with a B18 engine that is shot. I am able to source a B20B engine from a 1974 140. My questions are will the B20B donor engine slot straight in onto the existing engine mounts, will the B18 gearbox bell housing fit the new engine, and will the b18 gearbox be strong enough for the new engine. If someone could help with this it would be appreciated, obviously if there are any other potential issues I may have overlooked please let me know, cheers.
