My mechanic tells me I need one. Since I bought the car approx. 3 yrs ago, I've always had to start (read: turn the key) 3 times to get it to start up. I guess a control pressure/warm-up regulator would make sense? I'm a novice with this stuff. Any help is appreciated. THANKS
