Driver's-Side Window Repair 200 1991

The driver's side window on my "new" 245 is off it's track. After disassembling the door I found the galvanized metal lift bracket had almost no gasket-material to hold and cushion the glass and that the metal bracket was bent and lacked any plastic runner material for the track/slot.

Aside from the dealer, where can I find replacement gasket/rubber material for the window glass? Can I use a black caulk?

I bent the metal bracket back into it's correct shape, but I could not find any evidence of a plastic runner/slide inside the door panel. I assume that it does not just ride on the big slot slot in the metal. The earlier model-year 740s have a runner material in there.

I've been unable to locate a donor parts car at a local pick-a-part so I'm trying to find new/aftermarket stuff when I have to.

Thanks for any info you can provide.
