Driver side door jams during rainy season 200

During rainy season, the driver side door does not open from the inside. One needs to roll down the window and "assist" opening the door using the outside door handle.

Also, during wet weather, my power door locks always malfunctions. It sometimes remain locked and/or sometimes remain open. I have done a lot of cleaning and adjustments on the actuators (I was told that these are rebuildable). Why these problems only during the rainy season?

Inputs and suggestions will be very much appreciated
