B16 distributor upgrade 444-544

I have a 544 with a b16 engine that has been converted to a 12v system. I am assuming that the distributor is still the original. I want to upgrade the distributor to an electronic system, preferably a Pretronix unit. If a Pertronix will not work, any type of pointless system. Does anyone know of any units that will work with the B16 distributor. I went to the Pertronix site and it doesn't have anything listed for the B16 engine. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Also, as mentioned earlier, this car was converted to a 12v system. Would the starter have been changed to a different starter (12v), I'd like to find a extra starter to have as a spare, but I'm not sure what model I should look for, one for the original B16 engine or a B18 starter.
