Service Engine light won't reset. 200

Recently, my "Service" light came on but when I try to reset it, it won't. I used to be able to reset it without any problems.

Is there a way to get to switch from behind?

I've seen some posts that talk about earlier models that had the reset button located behind the instrument cluster.

Any advice is appreciated.
