Heater blower, right side running lights, instrument cluster lights failed. 200 1992

I have a 92 US 240 that has a failed heater blower, instrument cluster lights, and right side running lights. Right side turn and brake lights work. A week before this the seat belt light has remained lit after buckling.

I've looked at the fuses but everything looks good. Any ideas where to look would be appreciated. My manual doesn't show much for a diagram.
