240 Turbo, misfire at idle and when under 3psi boost. 200

Hey, just figured i'd run this past you old school fellas before i start digging any deeper.

Ran great for 2 weeks after regasketing b21ft motor and swapping it in w/ kjet stuff. All of a sudden misfires at idle and off boost.

story
240 converted to turbo Kjet, just swapped in a couple weeks ago. Ran good with a couple hiccups, had a couple of random boost leaks, brake booster check valve blew apart, throttle hose blew off...that's about it. So, drove it to work a few times, it ran fine, saturday put a newer clamp on the throttle body, retensioned my alt belt, replaced check valve and booyah, now has a miss at idle and open throttle til it hits about 3-4 psi, and smooths right out and runs and pulls great.

has new intake mani gasket, injector seals, headgasket, vacuum lines, pcv box, etc etc...I kinda ruled out secondary ignition (wires, cap, rotor, coil) because it's not while it's under load. It clears right up under load.

checked
- checked ignition timing, OK -12btdc
- did a check on the intake gasket with carb cleaner, no leaks apparent
- rechecked all intercooler hoses/throttle hose for tightness, OK
- good spark from the coil, timing good.
- checked tightened all grounds
- checked cam/crank/distributor timing belt, OK

possibilities
- bad injector? injector opening on too high of a control pressure?
- plugs?...i threw in a new set of platinums that i had layin around from the racecar when i did the swap...bad idea? I assume it would be worse under load if it was plugs.
- vacuum diaphram in distributor?
- leaking bypass valve on 15g turbo

81 240.
b21ft swap, ipd cam, 3" turboback, B21f intake, 15G straight outlet, 10-11 psi
