KJet to LH engine swap 200

I have an opportunity to buy a wrecked 92 240 pretty cheap to use as a donor to replace the PRV in my 265. I had been considering a B21FT, but using a donor car gives me everything I need, the engine has only 137k miles on it, and, after I part out the rest of it, will cost me very little.

My question is, is the conversion to LH2.4 insanely more work than sticking with a KJet engine?
