How to with photos of rep--bushing your front-end? 120-130

Hello,

It seems like I remember that there was a great photo-tutorial of how to take apart one's front end suspension in order to re-bush it. Wasn't there an article on how to do this at Swedish Embassy at one time? (http://www.sw-em.com/techarticles.htm)?

Anyway... if somebody could point me in the direction of an article I might be remembering I would much apprectiate it.

Has anybody tried undoing the A-arms by removing the shock-absorber, inserting and threaded-rod, then using nuts and the threaded rod to get enough pressure on the spring to release the "trunnion"... I think that's what the thing the wheel pivots on is called? I know this whole project is a dangerous proposition because the spring loaded pressures involved... so I'm looking to do it with safety in mind.

Thanks in Advance guys...
