Sporadic starting issue 200

The car sometimes does not immediately start after a longish drive, however it starts in 2nd -3rd attempt, then it starts without any issue after every immediate consecutive attempt. I pump the acc 2-3 times after failed attempt so that fuel vapors get purged, I do not know if this helps. This morning I started it 6-7 times including first two failed attempts in which I cranked long enough for 1-2 minutes. CPS is new , 2 month old. Starter is new , battery is fine.

What can be the issue.
Can it be that infamous white fuel pump relay? I do not remember if I heard a relay's click
