When reassembling the distributor shaft to the body, how should the washers be distributed ? I have 2 metal and 2 fiber washers - one of each on top under the rotor and 2 on the bottom next to the metal collar that fits into the camshaft ?

second question - when reassembling the collar to the shaft, do the 'notched' edges on the cross piece of the collar point toward the camshaft, or toward the distributor base ?
