Crankcase Ventilation hose replacement parts needed....'91 740 SE Trubo 700

There is a small white connector joining the nipple hose from the oil separator and the larger hose leading to the air intake hose on the opposite side of the engine. This white plastic piece is replaced, (the other had a small nipple which was connected via a small hard hose to the back of the air intake manifold, and this nipple was broken off). What I need is the small hose from the small nipple to the back of the intake manifold.
What is this small hose called and where can I find one for my '91 740 SE turbo?
