I've got the exact same car as you, mine is Arctic White with fully blacked-out trim. I just used some small blue silicone hose I got from the Volvo dealer. Any hose that fits, is resistant to the oil fumes and vapor it will carry, and that won't collapse under manifold vacuum will do.
