torque spec question 200 1992

I wish I had the time to read all the info put together here, and thank each teacher , but let's get to the point.
My wife drives a '92 245. And I'm in love with both of them. The Old girl keeps backing off her manifold to downpipe nuts. She said she had an engine light which led me to replace the flang gasket last month. Last weekend i had to tightend them up again.
Whoa !! Brain flash, Can someone tell me the size of the locki9ng nuts for that part of the exaust. I think I ll replace them before they drive me crazy.
And where is the flame trap to clean?
