How to let the rear brake caliper piston in? 200

I am trying to replace the rear pad for my 86 volvo 245 today. But I just can not push the piston in when tryed to install new pad. i think it is GERLING caliper because the old pad is gerling pad and I bought ATE pad early but found it is Gerling.

i am siting here to waiting some one can help me finger out how to let the piston in.
