noise in suspension 900 1994

I have a 1994 940 Sedan with 219,000 miles. The passenger side front wheel makes quite a bit of noise when moved around when the car is hoisted up.

What may be the cause of the noise? Is it a safety issue?

Upon visual inspection, no leaks were found in or around the wheels.
