Hi everybody
Last Saturday I changed condenser in my 940T '91 to an used unit from a junkyard. I have evacuated the system with vacuum pump at about 29- 30 inches of mercury for over an hour. Using scale and R134A cans I have put 950g of it into the system. Everything worked fine. Then on Monday I went on 200 miles trip, and for the half of it the air-condition was on. At the end of the trip I had water in the footwell. When I dropped down the panel the bottom cover of evaporator was ice cold with water condensation. First I thought that the drain hole was clogged. Today I have sealed it with black goo and took the car for a spin. There was no cold air from the wents so I put the manometer on the low pressure side and the reading was 110 PSI. What is going on? Where should I start? By the way, last Sunday I have changed condenser and lines in my wife's 740T. Everything is perfect with her car.
