Looking for a rust free 940 wagon

For the past couple of months, I've been looking for a decent 940 wagon in the North-east and mid-Atlantic. I've been searching the web and local classifieds. Most of the decent choices are long gone by the time I have the time to pursue them.
The only requirement is that it has both driver's and passenger side air bags and is under 180,000 non-abused miles which I believe limits it to 1994-5 model years.
Any suggestions, leads or better yet, original owners willing to sell (ok, that's a stretch) would be helpful.
