Looking for a rust free 940 wagon

Hello Vacuumhead,

I'm probably going to sell my 1995 940 wagon (B230FD) after I find a transmission for it with miles that approximate the rest of the car (150k). Intellectually I know it should be a good car, but emotionally it has pissed me off. Thus I’m considering the sale. (don’t suppose you have a trans sitting around do you?)

However, you live in the land of cheap Volvos, and I live in the land of expensive Volvos, so maybe it wouldn’t work. The distance between us might not be too big of an impediment because I have a hitch that will fit the Volvo, and I have a towbar to drag my MG to a halfway point, and then return with the MG.

There are too many details to work out on the board, but you can try to e-mail me by looking at my profile, and we can exchange phone numbers. If that isn’t working, we can get in touch some way.

Charley
