What is best shade tree approach to alignment?

Last time i took a 240 into a shop they f uped strut mount and car still pulled to left .

Tires are cheap so here I go

Neeed to replace boot on rack which I have done before on a diffeent 240.


Do I just adjust toe in by turning inner tye rod?
