NO ONE CAN FIND PROBLEM...STARTER RELATED???? 200 1993

I have a 1993 240 automatic and it all began with a no start after running for a long time, shutting it off then nothing. after 45 min she would restart. No problem starting when she was cold..just restarting after running for a while. Took it to a volvo specialist #1 and found that the little fuse box that in under the hood and attached to the battery had to be replaced because you could see the spot where ignition fuse was all burned..a hole in the little black fuse box. We could not find a replacement fuse box anywhere so he rewired all the fuses that was in the box to circuit breakers that if they popped, it would just recirulate itself automaticly ..for lack of better wording..o.k.now, said that if it happens again it has to be a starter. Bought 1 starter...did it again...thought it was bad remake and picked up another one..same darn thing...gave it back and thought now I'll get a Bosch ..no more off brand....and of course..did it AGAIN. No one is finding the REAL problem.. Took it to Volvo specialist #2.. He said it was burned wires..little harness to the starter and connector?? tried it ,let it run turned it off ..it started hurray! After 3 days of it working it is doing it again...Help He thought it is now the selonoid..said it was ruined with arking after trying it so many times before he redid harness..HELP any help not sure what direction to go....Thanks so much, lynn chmtnbliss@cs.com
