Front end clunk. Ball Joint? 200

For a couple of weeks the front has been clunking on stopping and slow turns. I took a look at it today and at 12:00 and 6:00 I can make an audible clunk in the knuckle area. I don't see any movement at the ball joint but the noise seems to be coming from there.

Any thoughts? Should I do both at once? There is no record of them being done in 6 years. Thanks
