240 fuel tank ever clean one? and how? 200

I have an 81 Bertone that's been sitting for a while,9 years.Getting ready to fire it up.I need to drain the tank and put some fresh fuel in it.I'm thinking there may be some stuff laying around in the bottom after all these years.Option #1 drain and just refill,#2 drain remove tank and try to clean the inside,how???,#3 drain,remove and just replace it with and new aftermarket one with new fuel level sender and pumps,hoses,etc.
Anyone ever clean one and how?
