Lights flickering at idle 200 1993

Last night, while idling at a light, I noticed the dash illumination lights and headlights were flickering. The alternator light is not on or flickering, the regulator was replaced 4 years ago, the battery replaced 2 years ago and the headlamp relay about 2 years ago as well. Any idea what it could be? I'm stumped. thanks in advance, Greg
