Is this the correct dual-outlet manifold? 120-130

Looking to replace the intake and exhaust manifolds on my car when I do the exhaust soon. I currently have the one-piece cast intake/exhaust manifold with a dual outlet. I was planning to use an aluminum intake manifold I have, in conjunction with a dual-outlet cast exhaust manifold. I suppose I could have hacked the one on the car apart, but in the interest of doing things quickly I had hoped to find one ready to go.

I bought an exhaust manifold from different forum. Was told it was a B18/B20 manifold. Looks to have been a one-piece configuration at some time due to the grind marks on the top of the middle runners. When comparing it to photos from an Ebay auction (I lost), it looks like it's missing a stud hole directly below the middle runners (RED CIRCLE), and that the lower tabs on each side of the lower runner are shaped differently (YELLOW CIRCLES).

Will the manifold in the second picture work or is it for another application? The IPD image of the gasket makes it look like there is no stub below the middle runners (unless the stud is outside the gasket area?).
