Engine assembly, tips? 120-130

I finally got all my stuff together, gaskets, seals, etc, etc...
So, what kindd of stuff or goop should I use for gasket surfaces, fasteners, bearings, etc.
Now, I have assembly lube for big end and crank bearings, wondering about water pump, oil pan, front and rear covers....
Also, loctite anywhere?
