Thud noise over bumps 900 1992

Over rough roads bumps i get a thud in the floor under the front right hand seat area. Could a worn trans mount cause this.I have had all my shocks replaced all round and the exhaust is not hitting anything.Drive shaft centre bearing support are the known to give way.
