Flickering Warning Lights - 1992 240 200 1992

My warning lights started flickering this morning. At times they went completely out again as normal, but then started flickering on again.

No problems with driveability. Some posts reference problems possibly coming from the alternator, but would this indicate a ground problem somewhere? Thanks in advance for any tips,
