Radiator- Leak on Drivers Side 900 1995

Starting to get a small leak in the upper part of the radiator just below the hose on the drivers side. Is it likely from the hose or am i getting a leak in the radiator? I tightened up the clap on the hose a bit but am still getting a small leak. How tight should I try? don't want to break anything.
