Brake Bleeder Screws 700 1986

I have a 1986 740 GLE with Bendix calipers in front and ATE in the rear. What do you think about speed bleeders, these brake bleeder screws that have check valves allowing one-person brake bleeding?

What is the diameter, thread pitch, and overall length of the bleeder screws on my brick? Thanks
