I posted earlier that I was taking one of my kids down to Orlando in my 1990 Regina 740 with 175k and leaving the car with her. I was looking for any Volvo repair shops in case of problems. Well we made it down there with a cel about 3 hours out of Orlando. I got the codes and it was the 02 sensor. So I continued driving and figured on changing it when I got there. When I get there and try to open hood, cable for hood breaks and I can't open it. I get under car, and with minimal tools, after 1/2 hour I realize I'm not going to get it open. The next day I drive to Maitland Volvo. Parked in the lot are a bunch of 240s, 740s, 940s, and later models. I figure I must be in the right place. They can't take me right away, but Ian gives me an appointment for 2 days later. Allen gets the hood open, they order the cable and put it in the next day, along with an 02 sensor which I bought and they installed for me for a nominal fee. Tom at the desk was a gentleman and all in all Maitland was a home run! Car is doing well with my daughter for now, but hey, if anything happens I have confidence in the guys at Maitland
