The product plate code didn't help because the 4th line 1st digit is a "-". Here is the caliper:

OK, so what new caliper do I buy?

It's so corroded I can't read any lettering on it. I'm leaning towards buying two new calipers rather than fitting new pads. Looks like it has just the one hydraulic hose. I measured the rotors to be 287mm diameter.
