T-9 transmission adapter 120-130

Hi, I'm new to this board and also new to Volvo ownership. I just bought a 1966 122s with a m40 transmission and would really like to have an overdrive. I know where I can get a Ford T-9 from a Merkur XR4Ti and am trying to find a source for an adapter to mate it to the B-20 in my car. I know John at vp sells them but I have read to many posts about his unreliability in terms of getting the parts to his customers.
Does anybody know of another source for this adapter? Or, anybody have a m41 in decent condition for sale?
