can anyone tell me the precise differences between a b230FT and b230 na cylinder head 200

i ask because i have a 94 turbo 940 with a head 23 thousands out of flat.

i have 2 240 cylinder heads and wondered if the only difference are exhaust valves, cam & distributor location?

and is it possible to just swap the valves and springs as well as the distributor into the 240 head from the warped turbo one?
