What heated O2 sensor will replace my 84's LH2.0 (2.1?) unheated sensor? 200

I'd like to replace my old O2 sensor, and I'd like to use a heated type. Most of my trips are short, as it's only 4 miles to pretty much anywhere in my town.

What model/brand can I use? I want one that's going to be accurate and have the right voltage range.
