This part recently disintigrated into a million pieces of metal and plastic while on a long trip far from home. It was the cause of numerous acceleration and starting issues. It took the rotor to hell along with it when it finally broke. $200 to replace after being stranded in a hotel for two days. I am definitely going to switch to the Bosch red cap/clip-on distributor system!
