This is probably a stupid question, but I'm going to ask it because I really can't figure this one out. I'd like to know what the top red lamp is for on the 245 tail light. Mine have bulbs, but nothing I do can make them light up. They don't go on with the marker lamps, brake lights, or fog lights. And I don't see enough 245s around anymore to see how other cars have been working. I kept thinking these were the "euro fog lights," but is this so?
