Right turn signal will not work, emergency flashers all work nicely. Relay or other? 200 1988

Good evening folks. My issue is with my '88 DL. The left turn signal works nicely front and back. Not so with the right side. Nothing. Silence. I can barely hear a single little click when I push the lever up. The emergency flasher works great. All bulbs blink nicely. I do get a bulb failure indicator. All this makes me think it is the red bulb failure relay. Is this your thinking or could it be something cheaper?
