CEL still triggered 700

hi all - posted recently (http://www.brickboard.com/RWD/volvo/1498383/740/760/780/bad_o2_sensor.html) about the CEL in my 90 740 turbo - i have checked the AMM a described in the FAQ and cleared that - replaced the O2 sensor as it did not appear to be functioning properly when tested but still no change - despite clearing it numerous times the CEL is still being triggered by a 2-3-1 and 2-2-1 code - does anyone have any ideas what else i can check??? i need to clear the CEL before i can have it emission tested

from the previous post none of the telltale signs of a bad mixture (as indicated by CEL codes) are present - the car still gets great mileage (25-29mpg) and there are she has no troubles starting and does not run rough

any help would be greatly appreciated :)
