15" 740 rims on a 240- ... will they work???

The subject says it all I think except for this small fact.

The bolt pattern is the same, but the offset is different.

The 740 has an offset of 25, where as the 240 has an offset of 20.

Will this matter in an alignment process?? Might I get any rub any where?? If so where might I expect it?? Will they hit any of the brake mechanism??

I need responses/answers ASAP so that I can go back to the bone yard tomorrow to pick them off the car(s) and bring them home.
