I have a large tach in my insturment cluster and until last week all was fine with it. This week it would suddenly drop to zero or just bounce around from its normal needle position to low to normal to zero. I'd never know when it would do it. I reached up under the dash and made sure the spaded wire was seated properly, but that didn't change the issue. Is there any wiring in the engine bay that might cause this problem or is it just my tach that's crapping out?
