Sigh, time to face reality. It isn't going to happen for my 122s project 120-130

Hi guys - first, a sincere note of thanks for all the help and support over the past couple of years.

Reality has hit home - my 122s project is not going to happen. Looking for some coaching on where to from here.

Her shell is over all pretty good, but not perfect.

She is out of the DMV system, title has been lost, but I have lien sale paperwork

She has a rebuilt M41 OD gearbox, never installed, done by Ted in SoCal.

She is a dual line brake MC car. Her brake booster was rebuild by Power Brake Exchange in San Jose, never installed. Her brake MC and calipers were redone by the very excellent Eric @ Hi Performance Automotive Service (formerly OVO or Old Volvos Only) and bolted up to the car but never installed.

She has rebuild dual SU carbs mounted, but dry and never used.

Her distributor was professionally rebuilt.

I had the gas tank stripped and coated it with KBS coating.

She has a B20 in her that I have never heard run, but has good compression and had clean oil when I got her. No nasty noises or etc when I cranked her over.

I also have black powder coated Ford Ranger alloy rims.

Her front seats where professionally overhauled and look like new.

So I'm basically way underwater, and am out of space/time.

Do you think it would be better to try and sell the bits (which I'll struggle to do since I'm attached to her) or sell it as-is with all the bits included. Ideas on where to price her as a package? I'm in SoCal.
