What attachment do You use on spring compressors? 200

I need to replace the front strut mounts so I need to compress the springs. I've done this before but would like to speed process. When using an airwrench to turn the bolts on the spring compressor what sort of attachment/socket do you use on the wrench? The threaded rods on the compressor are too long to use the air wrench for more than a little bit, and doing it by hand is a pain.
